Paula runs a quilting business in Canberra, and her website was not working for her at all - it had technical issues, was not easy to use for either customers or Paula. The site's content and design was overwhelming.

• Completely rethought the sales funnels and how the offerings interacted with each other
• Realigned the subscription box as the highest value entry point and set it up as a proper subscription product
• Combined the scattered email groups into properly segmented mailing lists'
•  Restructured the shop categories and filters
• Added in fabric collections/brands as extra searchable information
• Renamed and optimised every product image, name, and description for SEO
• Created a dashboard with "how to" videos
