HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was dreading having to find someone new to overhaul our outdated site. I took a chance on Caroline from a google search. She was patient, efficient, completed the site by a tight deadline, offered different options and respected the fact that sometimes we didn't know how to answer a question until we'd seen examples, which she provided.
