HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was dreading having to find someone new to overhaul our outdated site. I took a chance on Caroline from a google search. She was patient, efficient, completed the site by a tight deadline, offered different options and respected the fact that sometimes we didn't know how to answer a question until we'd seen examples, which she provided. Caroline brought our attention to various optional additional features that could enhance the functionality of the site as well as draw more users to the site, but didn't push anything unnecessary. Overall a pleasant experience and our needs have been met beyond expectation.
